Environmental Control and Automation Systems. Research on Harmonic Control Arrays A novel control methodology “Harmonic Control Arrays”
is developed. The Harmonic Control Array ( Industrial Experience Developed various Electronic, Microprocessor and Computer
based projects. Worked as a manager and researcher on various university
and government research projects. Developed GPS and GSM based vehicle-tracking systems. Worked on a SCADA system development and implementation
project in Houston, USA and Doha, Qatar. Worked on a GSM based Water, Electric and Gas Telemetering
System Project. Designed an effective power electronic driver circuit for
piezoelectric actuators used in ultrasonic cleaner instruments which are
currently marketed. Developed a computer vision algorithm for reading the Data
Matrix barcode using standard cameras. Developed a novel electronic measurement system for the
thickness of the zinc layer on steel wires. Evaluated over 200 government-supported high-budget
industrial projects and R&D Centers throughout Turkey. Awards and Scholarships Earned a scholarship from the Ministry of National
Education of Turkey for Master and Ph.D. education in the United States, from
1990 to 1995. 1998 Dean’s Award, School of Engineering, Marmara
University. IEEE Senior Member, elected in February 2003. Most Innovative Automotive R&D Project Award of
