Advanced Nanomaterials Research Laboratory

Master of Science Student Sena SU has attended to the 19th International Conference on Food Nanotechnology (Barcelona, ES) to make an oral presentation for her research entitled “Process Optimization of Electrospun Fish Sarcoplasmic Protein Based Nanofibers”. “BEST ORAL PRESENTATION AWARD” was presented to her by the conference delegation.



Associate Professor Oguzhan GUNDUZ received a certificate of appreciation from Dean’s office of Marmara University Faculty of Technology for his academic studies in 2016. We congrats our team leader and wishing a continued success in his career.



Assistant Professor Oguzhan GUNDUZ obtained to title of Associate Professor from 4.4.2017. We congrats him and wishing a cotinued success in his career.

Our MSc student Esra Altun started to her graduation project which is about 3-d printers.

Dr. GUNDUZ has been granted for 2.600.000 Turkish Liras by the T.R Ministry of Development.

Professor Osman Kılıç, Asisstant Professor Oğuzhan Gündüz, Assistant Professor Nazmi Ekren, our PhD student Semra Ünal and our MSc students Esra Altun, Mehmet Onur Aydogdu and Burak Özbek attended to the “Annual Meeting of the International Society for Ceramics in Medicine (Bioceramics 28)” in United States of America, Charlotte. They were introduced their studies as oral presentations.

With all of our lecturers and colleagues, we are a young and dynamic team lead by Associate Professor Oguzhan GUNDUZ. We are doing researches and publishing papers in high impact journals about biomaterials,nanotechnology,material engineering and bioengineering.
