First, determine whether your PC is running an 32-bit or 64-bit version of
Microsoft Windows.

Then, download Java VM and
install Java VM.
3)
After installing Java VM, download and install Eclipse depending on your OS.

may reject your project topic. For such cases, you have to choose a new project
